"There's no place like home," Dorothy said, but in actuality there's no place like Oz. Combine every fairyland from Narnia to Middle-Earth to Wonderland, and you'd still have only a quarter of Oz's magic with its yellow brick road, flying monkeys and Great and Powerful Wizard. Now you can visit yourself, courtesy of an exciting production of The Wizard of Oz from Jesters Dinner Theater in Longmont. When a Kansas cyclone carries off young Dorothy and her little dog Toto, the pair land in Oz (and atop a witch). Encountering a Cowardly Lion, a Tin Man and a Scarecrow, they travel the magical countryside searching for the wizard who can make their dreams come true. Join them on their musical journey to the Emerald City during this fun, all-ages event.
